Believe Again Home Care was founded by Katie Palmer and Jamie Grythe , in 2019, to empower people and communities to believe in the power of healing and growing. Their goal is to use person-centered experiences, compassion, and understanding to connect people with the resources they need to meet their individual needs. Our Services
Individualized Home Supports With Training- a service option that provides support and training. The recipient must need support in one the following Community Livings Services Categories: Community Participation, Health Safety and Wellness, Household Management, and/or Adaptive Skills. Only available to adults.
Individualized Home Supports Without Training-service option that provides support. The person must receive support in at least one of the community living service categories. This service option is available to adults and children.
Individualized Home Supports With Family Training-a service option that provides support and training to the person and/or their family. The person and/or their family must receive training in at least one of the community living service categories.
Housing Stabilization Consultation – service to develop a person-centered plan for people without MA case management services
Housing Stabilization Transition – service that supports a person to find housing.
Housing Stabilization Sustaining – service that supports a person to maintain housing.
Consultation and Supportive Services-services to assist aspiring 245D License Holders to establish a business, obtain licensure, compliance, and billing practices.
